Access Speaker Assets

Next, you'll want to access the marketing assets for the speakers booked in your venue.

Share Your On-sale Dates

In order to ensure timely promotion of your events on our website, please fill out our season questionnaire so we can align with your timeline. 

Send Materials for Approval

All marketing materials—print, online, radio, video, and anything else you may develop—must be reviewed and approved by the National Geographic Live marketing team before releasing to the general public. Take some time to familiarize yourself with the Quick Start Style Guide to minimize the number of edits required and send all materials to NGP.natgeolivemarketing@natgeo.com.

Please allow the following timelines for materials to go through the approval process: 

  • Press releases: 5 business days

  • All other materials: 5 business days
